Operations Plus had data in several tools, but no shared operational view that everyone trusted. Teams were switching between systems, comparing numbers manually, and often arriving at different conclusions because they were not working from the same definitions.

We built a unified dashboard that brought the most important data points into one place and aligned them around consistent KPI definitions. The interface was designed for clarity so different teams could use it without needing separate training for each function.

The new dashboard also supported role-aware access so the right users could focus on the information that mattered to them, while leadership still had a clean high-level view of the business.
