145% increase in conversions, 40% faster load times

Artisan Collective had strong products and loyal customers, but the online buying experience was creating friction. The storefront looked inconsistent, product discovery was harder than it should have been, and performance issues were making the checkout experience feel less reliable.

We reviewed how customers moved from landing pages to category pages and then into checkout. The biggest issue was not one broken feature. It was a series of small trust and usability problems that made it harder for shoppers to move confidently toward a purchase.

The rebuild focused on information architecture, page clarity, and performance. We simplified the structure, improved how products were grouped, and reduced technical bloat that had been slowing key pages down.

We also improved the product and checkout flow so the interface felt more consistent from first click to final payment. The site became easier to scan, easier to trust, and more stable on mobile devices where much of the traffic was coming from.

After launch, the business saw higher conversion, faster load times, and fewer support issues tied to confusion in the buying process. The new platform gave the team a stronger base for both SEO and paid traffic.
